RDS polymer preparation station

The ExSep^® polymer preparation station is a three-chamber system for preparing liquid polymer solutions at a specified concentration. The station body is made of polypropylene and the dosing hopper is made of stainless steel. Powdered polymer dissolves and swells in water in the first chamber, matures in the second, and flows into the third chamber ready for discharge.

Adjustable solution concentration, mixer speed and feed screw speed support manual and fully automatic operation. All processes are controlled by a Siemens S7-1200 PLC and visualised on an operator touch panel.

The station package does not include the earthing system, incoming power cable or feed pipework.
