ExSep PS/B pumping stations
Stationary and mobile pumping systems for municipal, agricultural and industrial applications.
ExSep PS/B pumping stations transfer and pressurise working liquids in municipal, agricultural and industrial systems. Stationary and mobile versions are available in different climatic and explosion protection configurations.
System components
- A pump unit with its own drive motor.
- A working liquid tank.
- Standby pump units where required.
- A regulation system, starting equipment and protection devices.
- Monitoring instruments and auxiliary hydraulic equipment.
- Interconnecting assemblies and a mounting frame.
- A container or modular building.
A station may use one, two, three or more pump units and include storage tanks for collection, storage and delivery of the working liquid. Pumps from different manufacturers can be selected to meet the customer's requirements. The number of units and the need for standby pumps depend on the station size and application.
Working liquids and protection
Applications include natural water, wastewater and non-flammable, non-toxic aqueous emulsions. Other non-flammable, non-toxic liquids may be used after their suitability has been confirmed.
Electrical equipment is supplied in an explosion-protected version for hazardous gas or dust areas and in a standard version for non-hazardous areas.
Protection functions cover pump overload, loss of inlet pressure and a liquid level below the dry-running threshold. Instruments provide visual monitoring of discharge pressure, inlet pressure, tank level and pump crankcase oil level where applicable.
Materials in contact with drinking water are approved for drinking water applications. Stations are designed for continuous operation and transportation by different modes of transport.
Warranty
The stated operating warranty is twelve months from commissioning or from manufacture/delivery, as agreed with the customer.
