ExSep CP control stations

Control and protection systems for electrically driven pump units, with manual and automatic operation.

ExSep CP control and protection stations automate the operation of electrically driven pump units and provide control and protection for pumping stations.

Configuration

The station consists of a control and protection panel, a two-position level sensor and a dry-running sensor. Pumps can operate in manual or automatic mode.

Electrical supply

  • Single-phase AC supply: 220 V ±10%.
  • Three-phase AC supply: 380 V ±10%.
  • Frequency: 50 Hz ±2%.

The control panel prevents pump starting, or stops the pumps, if a phase loses voltage. Indicator lights on the panel door show the state of the control and protection components.

Operation

The stations are designed for continuous, round-the-clock operation in temperate and cold climatic regions, outdoors or indoors. Their construction allows transportation by different modes of transport.

Manufacturer's warranty

The manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace a unit with a manufacturing defect free of charge within 1.5 years of commissioning, but no later than 2.5 years after shipment from the factory.
