Project manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of wastewater treatment plant construction projects.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules and project budgets.
• Coordinate contractors and suppliers.
• Work with customers, design institutes and supervisory authorities.
• Ensure compliance with construction, occupational safety and environmental standards.
• Monitor work quality and maintain as-built documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• A higher technical qualification in construction, utility networks or environmental engineering.
• Experience managing industrial construction projects, preferably treatment plants.
• Knowledge of construction technology and applicable standards, including SNiP and GOST where relevant.
• Experience with membrane water treatment technologies is an advantage.
• Team and contractor management experience, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel, analytical thinking, responsibility and organisational skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
