Design engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare design and working documentation for water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Calculate hydraulic regimes and material balances and select main and auxiliary equipment.
• Develop process diagrams, drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate designs with customers, related departments and supervisory authorities.
• Provide designer supervision, survey facilities and prepare technical specifications.
• Work with modern membrane water treatment technologies.

Requirements

• A higher technical qualification in water supply and sanitation, environmental engineering or chemical technology.
• At least three years of experience designing water or wastewater treatment facilities.
• Knowledge of modern treatment technologies, including membrane processes.
• Confident use of CAD systems and engineering calculation software.
• Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations, including SNiP, GOST and SanPiN where relevant.
• Responsibility, attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• English for technical documentation and business correspondence is desirable.
